  • Take The Right Medications And Treatments - Taking NyQuil is not going to help you if you have a stomach virus. Make sure you are taking the right medications or treatments for your condition, especially if you have been prescribed anything by a doctor. Follow instructions carefully.
  • Get Some Fresh Air - Whether opening a window or taking a five-minute walk outside, make sure your lungs get some fresh air. Staying in stagnant air is not going to help your recovery.
